Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment please give 24 hours in advance notice to cancel. This ensures that you will not be charged for the appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your timeslot, you will be expected to pay 50% of the service value, if you cancel less than an hour you will be charged 100%.
