Arcadia Hair & Beauty is a hairdresser in Tweed Heads that offers an array of services ranging from; cuts, colour, foils, styling, hair treatments, keretin smoothing and many more. Arcadia Hair & Beauty is a locally owned small business that was established in 2004, when it was originally known as ‘Tileah’s On Tweed’.
Tileah, the owner/founder of Arcadia Hair & Beauty has a meticulous eye for detail which is reflected in the beautiful salon space that she has created. The space was designed to feel both tranquil yet professional, to make guests feel like they can simply relax and enjoy their salon experience each and everytime they visit.

Arcadia Hair & Beauty is dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible experience, and our stylists take the time to listen to our clients’ needs and requests to make sure our clients feel important and respected when it comes to their hair. The stylists will talk through your hair vision with you in depth to really understand your vision, and set realistic expectations with your hair goals. Meet the team
Tileah
Tileah started her hairdressing apprenticeship at the age of 15 in country Queensland. She moved to the Gold Coast to finish her apprenticeship and gain further valuable experience in the hairdressing industry.
After finishing her apprenticeship on the Coast, Tileah decided to move to Sydney and broaden her experience by taking a role working for one of the top European styling salons there.
After the birth of her daughter, Tileah and her partner decided they wanted to raise their child in a more supportive, family-based environment and moved back to the Gold Coast where they had the support of her family and friends.
In 2004, an opportunity came up to re-open the same salon that she finished her apprenticeship in, which she named ‘Tileah’s On Tweed’ – the salon has only just recently been renamed and is now known to her clients as ‘Arcadia Hair & Beauty’.
Deb
Debora was born and raised in Milan where she developed a big interest and sensibility towards the beauty and fashion industry.
In Milan she studied as a beautician and after she graduated she worked for fifteen years as a sale agent in the fashion trade for Italian and European companies.
As a result, Deb developed a talent for colours, design and the ability to work in collaboration with clients. In 2009 when Deb and her family moved to Australia, she did further studies in the beauty industry specifically in make-up and hairdressing.
Deb realized that bringing out the best in people is rewarding for her and has a powerful effect on how people feel about themselves.
Boom
Boom started hairdressing when she was 18 years old! After she finished her training, she opened her own salon in the city of Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand and ran it for 8 years. After that, Boom moved to a larger Salon in Pattaya where she met her husband in 2016 and came to Australia the following year to live permanently.
Shae
Shae has been a hairstylist for 15+ years and still has as much passion and love for what she does every day as she did when she first started!
The thing Shae loves most about being a hairstylist is the ability to be creative – keeping up with the latest fashion colours & cuts to enhance beauty and make her clients feel confident.
Shae specialises in blondes, including; balayage, foils, ombre and foilage and loves when a client comes in loking for a complete transformation.
